That time we recreated "Cocktail"

Thank you so much to all that attended our cocktail evening with Josh from The Catherine Wheel - Sandford-on-Thames. We made Sex on the Beach, Brambles, the Perfect Gin and Tonic, Woo Woos and more. Josh also made a wonderful gin based drink just for us and here's our exclusive recipe! We called this "The WI"

First off, fill a glass with ice.

Next add 2 lemon wedges of juice (around 10ml).

Gently burn the zest of an orange and smear around the edges of the glass for an AHMAZING aroma.

Add 60ml of Tanqueray gin or the gin of your choice.

Add 100ml of tonic water.

Finally add 15ml of Passoa passion fruit liquer for a sweet and fruity twist on a great gin and tonic.
