Loneliness and Plastic Soup - Resolutions and Revelations

Many thanks to all that attended this meeting focusing on voting for our preferred Resolutions - Loneliness and Plastic Soup and also enjoying a wonderful talk from Sheila Furlong of the Archway Foundation. We voted wholeheartedly for both Resolutions to be cast on our behalf (and gave our President proxy if she felt it was deserved). We also listened to an amazing talk from Sheila around the Archway Foundation Charity. We learned that loneliness is a real problem in today's society - not just for the elderly but also for the younger age groups and those with limited social skills. We also learned that the Foundation is actively looking for volunteers to help them in their cause.
